02 / Treatments

Chiro + massage

Why both

Adjustments work better on relaxed muscles. Massage lasts longer when the joints underneath move well. So the two go together in one visit.

Staying with a group? Ask about back-to-back visits for everyone at the same address.

03 / Approach

Find the source.

Pain relief matters. But if the reason it started is still there, it tends to come back. Every visit starts with a close look at how you move, so treatment goes after the real cause instead of just the symptom.

You'll finish knowing what's going on and why. Understanding your body is what lets you take part in fixing it.
